NO MEMBERSHIP OR ENTRY FEE IS REQUIRED for sections 22 (Junior Sewing, Knitting, & Crocheting) & 27 – 35

Register your (section 22 & 27-35) entries with the directors in charge Thursday evening between 6:00 p.m. & 9:00 p.m. & Friday morning 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 in the President’s Building. Your age, grade and school will be noted on your entry envelope.  Your entries will be judged in the following classes depending on the grade you are in in September 2016:

Class 27 – Age 3 & under

Class 28 – Jr. Kindergarten & Kindergarten

Class 29 – Grade 1 & 2

Class 30 – Grade 3 & 4

Class 31 – Grade 5 & 6

Class 32 – Grade 7 & 8

Class 33 – Grade 9 to 12

Class 34 – Junior Baking Open Class

Class 35B – Junior Photography

Any competitor may compete in a higher-class level.

Understanding Agriculture will be judged 50% on agricultural content & 50% on the quality of hand printing or cursive writing – no computer printing please.

ALL ENTRIES & PRIZE MONEY IS TO BE PICKED UP SUNDAY AT 4:30 P.M. ENTRIES NOT PICKED UP WILL BE DISPOSED OF UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

PRIZES:

1st -$5 & 5 points; 2nd- $4 & 4 points; 3rd- $3 & 3 points; 4th- $2 & 2 points

-all other entries not placing – ½ point

If there are more than 8 entries in one class, 5th & 6th place prizes will be awarded – 5th $1 & 1 point; 6th $0.50 & 1 point. All Entry tags must have full name and home phone number please do not put name on entry.
